Beachwood Park Apartments and Townhomes is an attractive, nice place to reside and is affordable, whether you are a single person, a couple, or a family with children. The neighborhood is quiet and very inviting. The staff is courteous and very helpful. The maintenance staff is especially helpful and prompt to take care of any issues that might arise.

Great place to live for a great price. I've been living here for 6 months and it's been great. They are renovating all the townhomes and apartments and luckily we were able to get a renovated townhome with wood floors and new stainless steel appliances.

I love living at Beachwood. It is a nice community, with everything close by. Everyone I have had contact with is very friendly. Neighbors check on neighbors and keep watch on each other.
