With your help and communication, we typically see applications completed within 72 hours. We will need to see proof of income, vet records and pet photo (if applicable), and have you fill out a rental verification to be sent to your current property management. We also have a 3rd party online credit screening that we will run. 

Rent is due, every month, on the 1st! We allow up until the 5th to make payments before you will receive a late fee.

With your rent, you get access to your fantastic home in our friendly community, as well as access to our pools, gym, superstar maintenance team, and more, are all complimentary!

Parking is first come, first serve.

Beachwood Park Apartments and Townhomes is zoned for Beaverdam Elementary, River Bend Middle, and Knightdale High School. Additionally, North Carolina State, Shaw University, and Wake Technical College are nearby!

Our homes are ready for your personal washer and dryer, just connect and go! If you do not own a washer and dryer, we also offer a 24/7 on-site laundry facility, and we can provide information about appliance rentals.
